Equestrian Waiver, Fixture Releases, & Documentation

Getting your paperwork in order is quick and easy. This page provides access to our equestrian waiver, fixture releases, and other required documents for attending a fox hunt, hunt event, or other mounted activity with the Wateree Hounds.

Required Documents for Members & Guests

Please submit all required documentation at least 24 hours before participating to ensure the safety of all riders, horses, and hounds.

Complete Equestrian Waiver & Fixture Releases

Members of the Wateree Hounds must have the following waiver and releases on file:
  • Wateree Hounds equestrian waiver
  • MacBurn release
  • Coxe release

Upload Coggins (separate form for each horse)

Depending on the event, you may also be required to submit:
  • Current Coggins
  • SC Hunting License

Planning to Bring a Guest?

If you’re bringing a guest, please notify the Wateree Hounds at least 24 hours before the event. The sponsoring member is responsible for ensuring all required paperwork, waivers, and applicable capping fees are completed before arrival.
