Welcome to fox hunt country! We warmly invite riders new to the sport and members of other hunts to experience this timeless sporting tradition with the Wateree Hounds. Join us for an unforgettable day of fox hunting in the beautiful South Carolina countryside.
Explore three ways to join the Hounds and experience the thrill of the chase.
Experienced riders are welcome to join the mounted field through capping. We ask that guests who wish to ride contact our Hunt Secretary or a Master in advance to arrange your visit and discuss capping fees.
Follow the hunt by car and enjoy the action from various vantage points. This is a wonderful way to experience the sport without riding.
Join us on foot for stirrup cups and special events. Mingle with the Hounds, meet our members, and enjoy refreshments before watching the mounted field depart.
