Instructions for Placing an Ad in Our Magazine:

  • Select Ad Size: Decide on the size of the ad you wish to place.

  • Fill Out the Form: Complete the online form with all required details.

  • Submit and Pay: Upon submitting the form, you will be redirected to a payment portal. Please complete your payment there.

  • Send Your Artwork: After payment, please email your artwork directly to Janel Strieter at jes1777@yahoo.com.

  • Need Assistance?: If you need help at any point, please call Mary Katherine Towell at 803-427-5425 or Ned Towell at 803-243-3001.

  • Artwork Submission Follow-Up:

    • If your artwork is print-ready, we will process your ad for publication, and look forward to delivering as many issues of the magazine as you require.

    • If adjustments are needed, we will contact you to discuss the status of your ad and any necessary steps.

For your advertising to appear as envisioned, please ensure you send camera-ready or digital art with the correct dimensions to Magazine@WatereeHounds.com by May 31, 2024. The Wateree Hounds reserves the right to adjust and resize ad spaces as necessary to maintain the magazine's aesthetic integrity.

It's important to note that photocopies, raised prints on business cards, or poor-quality laser prints do not qualify as camera-ready submissions. If you find yourself without camera-ready art, don't worry—Wateree Hounds offers a service to create artwork for you at a nominal fee of $25, ensuring your ad meets our publication's high standards.

By submitting this, I give my authorization for the Wateree Hounds to publish an advertisement in the Full Cry Magazine at the agreed-upon rate detailed in this document. I acknowledge that the acceptance of all advertising material is at the discretion of Wateree Hounds, and I understand that they are not liable for any typographical or publication errors. Additionally, I am fully aware that once submitted, advertisements are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances, nor are they subject to reviews before printing. It is also important to note that proofs will only be provided to advertisers if the advertisement has been created by Wateree Hounds. This policy ensures clarity and fairness in our advertising process, aligning expectations with the operational realities of magazine publishing.
